I am looking for an app that will keep score when playing darts. Will your Advanced Tally Counter work? Thanks.
I don’t think so. Dart has some special scoring rules which don’t match very well with tally counter which simply does a linear counting. There might be exiting apps for it on android, you may do a search.
The advanced Ruler and the protractor get updates almost every day. What is that all about?? It is very annoying!!!
Hi Tom, sorry for the updates. It was not that frequent (everyday?). Advanced Ruler was last updated 11 days ago and no update since then. Ruler pro was just updated today, five days since last update but there is a major feature with height camera ruler and distance camera ruler introduced. Give it a try. It is a great feature.
Advanced protractor and protractor pro were updated two days ago, five days from the previous update. We added percentage display to it which is one of users asked.
In general, we will try our best to keep the updates at least 7 days apart unless there is a serious unexpected bug.

Hi what is the maximum distance to an object that Advanced Ruler will measure? For example if I’m golfing can I measure the distance to a hole 200 yards away?

The ARP can be used to measure a distance of an object at the same level as where you stand. If the hole is not at the same horizontal level, you can’t aim at the hole to take the measurement but at an imaginary point above or below the hole that is at the same level as where you stand. Secondly, the farther the distance, the more inaccurate because a little shake while holding the phone will cause a big distance offset because of the way trigonometric function tangent works. So you can still use it but just remember the two factors I mentioned above.

I have a HTC Desire and looking for a long time a program, which able to pick up automatically the incoming call and the voice is NOT remain in the mobile device if I have a connected BT headset. It seems, Eavesdropper ‘Auto Answer mode’ is the function I need. I’d like to buy it. I’m living in Hungary, so I’m not able to access not free products in the market (although I could set my card parameters).

You should be able to find an icon under Applications. That’s the only place the app should appear. I suspect the download failed for some reason. Please try to download it again. If you got charged twice, we can easily refund you the extra charge so don’t worry.

I purchased your advanced tally counter pro a short while and it works on my htc Desire no problem, however since you latest update it’s now coming up with a nag message occasionaly saying “Invalid license please purchase from android market” Any ideas?
The license verification is done by Google android market. We don’t have too much control over the license verification result. Please try to run the app again while you have internet access and hopefully it will go through. Typically it shouldn’t try to verify again once verified. If it doesn’t work, you can let me know your previous purchase information (email to yingwentech at gmail.com) so that I can cancel your order. Then you can purchase again and hopefully Android market will recognize your order correctly this time.

I left this for a while to see if it would correct itself, but no joy. I did contact Android market in case it may be a licence issue. AM say it looks to be an app issue.
You did mention a refund / re-purchase option. If this is the only option to correct it, please let me know what you need from me i.e proof of purchase from AM etc

I don’t think it is an app issue. Otherwise I can’t explain why it works fine for all other users. I also think it will correct it automatically if you purchase it again after I refund you. Hi, Can you customise your apps to include a company logo? I am looking for a tally counter that will count up and down with a memory to store counts. Initial quantity of 200 required.
Any reason you want us to include a logo?
Correct me if I misunderstood. I believe you can already store the count by using Menu – Save menu items. The initial quality has to be set manually by clicking on the count area. You can refer to Menu – Help to find out which area can be clicked and what it will do.
I was originally looking for a hardware tally counter which would have had the company logo printed on it to make it look more of an official tool when doing counts on client sites. I could not find one that counted up and down with a memory function to store counts which is why I am now looking at smartphone apps.
I have not tried your app and although I could see that it supported multiple counters at the same time I was not sure if it could store counts for recall later.
I see. If you want us to include your company logo in our app, we will have to customize the app just for you. We would charge a one time fee for $100 for it. You can send the fee using PayPal to email yingwentech@gmail.com. We will send the customized apk file to you by email.

i got this advanced ruler and i have used it 5 times to measure a wall the last the last 2 times mounted to a tripod to steady it and it runs 20-26 inches off on a 102 inch wall maybe 20 foot from the wall whats up
